Electric & hybrid recovery
Many electric and hybrid cars shouldn't be towed with their wheels turning on the road; check your handbook, but most makers say so. A flatbed solves that: the car rides on the deck with all four wheels off the ground, strapped down, all the way to your charger, garage or dealer.
When to call
- Your EV or hybrid has broken down
- It has run out of charge
- It needs moving to a dealer or garage
How it works
- Call or WhatsApp me your location and the model
- We agree the price before I set off
- I load it on the flatbed, wheels off the road, and strap it down
- I take it to a charger, your home, a garage or a dealer

If you've broken down
Need this now?
Three things, in this order. The middle one takes one tap: your phone finds where you are and puts it in a WhatsApp message to me.
-
Get safe first
Hazard lights on. On a fast road, get out on the side away from traffic and wait behind the barrier, not in the car. If anyone is hurt or you're in danger, call 999.
-
Send me where you are
Tap the button and allow location. WhatsApp opens with a map pin to me, ready to send.
Or type the road and nearest junction on WhatsApp -
Agree the price, then I set off
I tell you the price and when I'll get to you. In most of Bedford that's 15 to 20 minutes. No membership needed.

Electric & hybrid recovery: questions
Can't see yours? Ask me on WhatsApp, in English or Romanian.
Why does a flatbed matter for an EV?
Because the wheels don't turn on the road. Many makers say an EV shouldn't be towed on its own wheels; check your handbook.
Can you take my car to a charger?
Yes, to a public charger, your home or a garage, whichever you choose.
What if it won't go into neutral?
Tell me when you call. Your handbook usually explains how to put it in tow or transport mode.
